Smoking is not allowed inside or outside the guest house any violations and you will be charged a $1000 fine for deep cleaning and disinfecting the guest house. 

Children are not allowed.

A minimum Age to book our guest house is 25 years old.

Check in at 3:00 PM and check out at 11: 00 AM mountain time.

There is a private parking space.

No animals are allowed.

Self-check in and out.  You will get an email with the instructions on how to get the key within 24 hours of your  arrival. 

Our quest house has extra linen and pillows for use.

The guest house has a basic first aid kit available for use.

Call local police 911 emergency number. 

If you forget something at our guest house, please contact us ASAP and we will be happy to send it to you but you will have to pay the service and mailing fees.

No events allowed!

No guests are allowed unless they are booked to stay in our guest house.

We charge $125 for cleaning fees.
