My name is Christine and I will be your host. Here is some useful information to help you when you arrive. If you need any assistance please contact me.
Dogs are welcome. Please be aware that some of our neighbors have dogs, so we kindly ask that you please keep your dogs on a leash or in the Nomad guesthouse’s outside porch with the gate closed.
No smoking inside, outside or anywhere in the property. There will be a fine of $ 1000 for cleaning and disinfect the property.
Check in is at 4:00 pm.
Checkout is at 11:00 AM, but if you need to stay a little longer, just let me know. We don’t need you to strip the bed, but we ask that you leave the guesthouse as if it was your home.
Park near the guesthouse next to the beige garage door.

You may have to check the TV’s settings and manually reconnect to the WiFi network.
Use them only for your personal use. Please do not wash our linen and towels–we will take care of them.
On the built in cabinet on your right next to the front door as you open the door to get in.
On the wall where there is a small book shelf with the mirror behind it.
There is no remote control.
Open the doors. The on off switch are at the bottom right hand corner.
To turn it on or off, reach out on top of the cabinet to feel the light with your fingers, follow the code with your fingers toward the right side, you should feel the small switch.
In the wooden trunk next to the bed under the open closet.
In the wooden trunk behind the bed. It’s a drawer, so pull the handles to open. Please do not wash our linen and towels–we will take care of them.
The on off switch is on the microwave menu on the last row, left corner.
Is only for decoration, lift it and place it somewhere if you need to cook.
Please keep the cover on at night or when not in use.
